Kru Fresh

Kru Fresh has dedicated his life to martial arts for over 30 years, with a passion that has only grown stronger with time. His journey began with a love for movies and the desire to learn more about martial arts. Initially debating between Kung Fu and Boxing, he ultimately settled on Muay Thai after a close friend introduced him to the sport. Inspired by his friend's progress and the unique techniques of Muay Thai, Kru Fresh eagerly trained at a local Muay Thai gym, eventually becoming a coach himself.

With over 8 years of fighting experience, 8 years of refereeing, and more than 35 years of practicing and teaching martial arts, Kru Fresh's expertise is both extensive and deep. His teaching career spans over three decades, driven by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and mastery of the art. Despite his years of experience, Kru Fresh remains a lifelong student of Muay Thai, constantly exploring its mental, theoretical, and physical dimensions.

His main philosophy is that the journey in martial arts never truly ends. There is always something new to learn, new challenges to face, and new techniques to master. Kru Fresh values the traditional aspects of Muay Thai, including hand techniques and swordsmanship, believing that true teaching begins once you have acquired knowledge that can be applied in real battle situations and are ready to share it.

Kru Fresh’s biggest advice to students is to stay open-minded, be receptive to possibilities, and approach the sport like a sponge. His love for Muay Thai stems from its authentic, no-nonsense nature—there's nothing fake about it. For Kru Fresh, martial arts is a lifelong journey of discovery, growth, and self-improvement.
